What is Gold Filled?
Gold-filled is a reasonably priced, quality alternative to solid gold. Gold filling is one of the most valuable and tarnish resistant processes for creating gold jewelry and other items. If properly cared for, your gold filled product can last a lifetime. As your Purity Jewellery is by design both delicate & very fine I recommend removing it before washing hands, bathing, showering, swimming or sleeping. Purity Jewellery should not be exposed to hand sanitizers or chemicals.
Shipping
Your ready made purchase will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Shipping will be via Registered Post (for your peace of mind) within Ireland/OR Registered International Post with Tracking/Tracing and Insurance from "An Post" Irish postal service. International Registered post has a 3 - 7 working day estimated delivery time although this cannot now be guaranteed. More exact information will be passed to you at time of despatch. Your telephone number will be required for despatch paperwork. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Cancellations
READY MADE: Cancellations accepted if notified before despatch. I aim to despatch within 1 business day after payment is received. This allows customers a 24 hour window time for cancellation. You will receive an email confirming despatch and ETA of Registered or International Registered Post. Understandably, once you have received the email Notification of Despatch the window for cancellation is closed. There are however, sometimes, mitigating circumstances and if there are any, please let me know.
MADE TO ORDER : Work begins on these items immediately payment is received. Materials may have been ordered specifically for your item but I can process your cancellation with a full or partial refund if notified within 24 hours. If there are any mitigating circumstances please let me know.
